Better Rehab’s Speech Pathologist Graduate Program 2027 offers a structured, mentor led start in a national clinician led team designed to set you up for success. You’ll work in Brisbane with NDIS participants aged 6–65 on a varied caseload, delivering language, feeding, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC therapy in homes, clinics and community settings, with supervision throughout. The program includes induction, 1:1 supervision, six months upskilling, four paid study days and a benefits package with flexible hours, travel reimbursement and parental leave.
