In this role, you will lead the coordination of store construction and renovation projects, working closely with partners and vendors to bring innovative retail concepts to life. Your work ensures stores open on schedule, within budget, and with the quality expected from a global brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent NAM Retail in the global store development process, ensuring global concepts align with local needs and deliver an elevated consumer experience.
  • Establish and strengthen vendor relationships to support efficient execution, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes to successfully deliver store concepts on time and within budget.
  • Support construction partners and third-party collaborators by providing clear direction, information, and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
  • Lead and develop Construction Managers and Assistant Construction Managers through coaching, performance management, and ongoing development.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to create and deliver clear presentations
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and influence outcomes

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year college or university degree
  • Seven to ten years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Five or more years working in retail store development, rollout, or concept implementation
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40 percent for site visits and project support
