Al Shirawi Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer: Plumbing to oversee design, coordination, on-site execution and commissioning of plumbing systems on Dubai projects. The role includes reviewing design drawings and shop drawings, coordinating layouts with HVAC, electrical and structural teams, supervising on-site installations of drainage, water supply, heaters, pumps and sanitary systems, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, project specs and international standards. You will monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and maintain documentation from reports to as-built drawings, while supporting testing, commissioning and handover. The Senior Project Engineer – Plumbing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plumbing system design, coordination, execution, and commissioning within the project. The role involves managing plumbing works on-site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

• Responsibilities
• Review and validate plumbing design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate plumbing system layouts with other services (HVAC, electrical, structural, architectural).
• Supervise on-site plumbing installation works including drainage, water supply, water heaters, pumps, and sanitary systems.
• Ensure all plumbing activities comply with local authority regulations, project specifications, and international standards.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure workmanship quality.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and inspection authorities.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings and provide timely updates on plumbing-related issues.
• Prepare material take-offs, requisitions, and support procurement activities.
• Provide technical support to site teams and resolve engineering or installation issues.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of plumbing systems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including reports, redlines, and as-built drawings.
