You will partner with hiring leaders, Rec-Ops and Talent Marketing, run data driven, fast paced recruitment with 20+ interviews weekly, map talent communities and maintain high data integrity in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and deliver a quarterly goal of six starts with time to fill under 60 days and offer acceptance above 80 percent. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SaaS recruitment, a consultative partnering style, and proven success in growth.
