RF and mmWave Hardware Staff Electrical Engineer is part of the Test Engineering team responsible for developing test solutions for high-volume manufacturing of Skyworks RFICs, modules, and WLCSP products. The role focuses on test hardware development, including procurement and optimization of PCBs, probe cards, contactors, and test fixtures used in production testing.
The engineer works closely with ATE Test Engineers, Product Engineers, Design Engineers, and Program Managers to ensure reliable and efficient testing of RF and mmWave products. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, process ownership, and collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of next-generation RF products through robust test strategies and seamless deployment to global manufacturing partners.
Develop and support test solutions for high-volume production manufacturing.Procure and manage test hardware, including:

The typical total targeted cash range for this role is currently CAD $131,670 - $171,325 per year. Starting compensation will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, and the ultimate job duties and requirements.
