Benevity seeks a Staff Product Designer in Vancouver to elevate the donation experience to a world class standard. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Research to apply eCommerce grade optimization, behavioral science, and a B2C mindset to donation flows, driving higher global impact and measurable business results. Lead cross functional workshops, guide AI assisted discovery and development, steward the Skyline design system for consistency and accessibility, and define usability and conversion metrics. Bring 10+ years in high traffic consumer products, mastery of Figma and AI tools, and deep WCAG knowledge.
