This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, based at South Wharf and reporting to the Logistics Assistant Manager. The State Logistics Controller keeps a careful eye on container availability, depot stock levels and equipment demand to ensure supply lines match forecasted needs. The role also coordinates the release of equipment, empty repositioning and transport movements so bookings and vessel schedules stay on track, while maintaining accurate records and timely system updates. Effective performance hinges on balancing maintenance activities, equipment status and depot operations to minimise dwell times and maximise uptime, with a strong focus on compliance and clear, prompt communication with both internal teams and external service providers.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy setting
