Triple A Internetshops GmbH is looking for a Store Assistant to join the Satisfyer & GESKE Beauty Tech team for the Christmas season. The role is in-store, part-time, and based in Berlin, with the aim of helping customers discover beauty-tech products with energy and knowledge. It’s a chance to work hands-on in a brand‑forward environment that combines beauty, wellness and tech.

The position is a fixed-term contract for two months, covering November and December 2026. It’s an onsite role in Berlin and offers pay up to 20 €/hour, with the pay rate stepping up on the busiest selling days. This is ideal for someone who wants seasonal experience in a lively retail setting while earning a solid hourly rate during peak periods.

It would suit someone with a background in sales or retail who enjoys beauty, wellness or tech and who can adapt to changing shift patterns. If you’re motivated by achieving results, enjoy helping customers, and care about representing Satisfyer & GESKE authentically, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do At The Berlin Store For Satisfyer & GESKE Beauty Tech

On days in the store, you’ll drive sales by listening to customers’ needs, explaining product features, and guiding decisions with a sales-minded approach. You’ll engage visitors with warmth and clear, up‑front information, aiming to match the right beauty-tech solutions to each shopper while keeping the brand conversation confident and authentic.

You’ll greet people, build rapport, and offer advice at eye level, helping customers feel understood and informed. You’ll represent Satisfyer & GESKE with integrity, presenting the brands in a way that resonates and supports confident purchases. When the store is busy, you’ll stay poised and focused, contributing to an organized floor and a smooth customer experience. Regular coaching and product trainings will help you sharpen knowledge and storytelling for the products you’re selling.

Who This Role Is For

  • Experience in sales/retail (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Advisor or similar)
  • Very good German and good English for daily customer contact
  • Flexible for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 22:00
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with genuine interest in beauty, wellness and innovation
  • Resilience to stay calm when the store is busy
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, tech or wellness is a plus

Pay, Perks And Practical Details

The role is part-time and fixed-term for two months (November and December 2026) with a pay rate up to 20 €/hour. On Fridays and Saturdays, when the store tends to be busiest, there is a higher hourly rate to reflect the increased demand.

As a perk, you can select items from a large product range free of charge each month. The schedule offers flexibility with planned days off, and there is ongoing coaching and product training to help you develop in sales and product knowledge.

Location is Berlin and the role is onsite. The description does not specify travel or work-authorization requirements beyond the stated terms, so those details aren’t listed here.

Tips To Nail This Seasonal Role

Lead with your sales experience and language skills on your resume. Put relevant retail roles up front and mention any background in beauty, cosmetics or tech, along with your German and English capabilities.

Back up the must-have skills with a concrete example. Describe a time you hit a sales target or delivered great customer service during a busy shift, and show how you communicated in both German and English to help a shopper through a decision.

Be ready to talk through how you handle shifting schedules and a busy floor. Prepare a short scenario about how you would learn Satisfyer & GESKE products quickly and how you would represent the brands authentically to customers.

Ask a smart question about training and performance. For example, inquire what the regular sales coaching covers and how success is measured during the Christmas period, or how the higher pay on peak days is applied in practice and which days tend to be busiest.
