The RoleAs a Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with an Owner/Operator to run the day-to-day operations of a large-format, community-focused supermarket. You will:Create, drive, and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for.Lead and motivate a high-performing store team, fostering a great place to work and grow.Deliver strong commercial performance through customer insight and sound decision-making.Support the long-term strategic direction of the store, then execute it with pace and precision.Build strong relationships within the local community to drive loyalty and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking forProven leadership capability with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams of 100+A commercially savvy mindset with the ability to listen, advise, and develop solutions grounded in customer insight.Confidence in data analysis, reporting, and Excel in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Experience with SAP is advantageous.Solid retail management experience across both Dry Goods and Fresh Foods.A hands-on leadership style - someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with the team, and driving results
