Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager for a full‑time onsite role in St. Catharines to lead a seasonal store, driving sales and profitability while ensuring strong Guest Services and expense control. You will own shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the seasonal space, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule; expect 8+ hours of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, including ladder work. Prior retail management is required. Pay ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 per hour, plus Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay (subject to qualifications). Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
