Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween seeks a full-time Store Manager for an on-site role in Belleville. You will oversee store operations to maximize sales and profitability, including guest services, expense control, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. Pay ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 per hour, with benefits such as Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay Programs (subject to qualifications). Must be 21 or older, flexible, able to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift up to 50 pounds; prior retail management is required. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
