Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween seeks a full-time Store Manager for Mississauga to lead the total store operation, drive sales and profitability, and deliver a strong guest experience while controlling expenses. You will own shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. Must be 21 or older with a flexible schedule; expect 8+ hour shifts, standing, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management is required. Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 with Year End, Tear Down Premium, and Retention Pay programs subject to qualifications.
