Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a Store Manager to lead a full time, onsite Spirit Halloween store in Hamilton, accountable for total store operation and profitability through strong guest service, expense control, and by managing shrink, inventory, merchandising, staffing, and seasonal setup and teardown. The role requires 21+, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; prior retail management experience is required. Pay is $22.60-$22.85 hourly with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay Programs (subject to qualifications). Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
