As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

  • Proven management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
