• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent credential
• Own a smartphone capable of downloading the company pricing app and receiving work assignments
• Have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, dependable transportation, and valid auto insurance
• Show reliability in starting and finishing assignments on time with the level of detail needed to meet project criteria
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently
• Be willing to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerators and freezers as some projects require collecting items in those aisles
