University of AucklandWaipapa Taumata Rau | The University of Auckland is seeking a Stores Coordinator to join the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences Central Stores team on the Grafton Campus. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Auckland, New Zealand, within a large university that values curiosity, purpose and positive impact for its communities. What You’ll Do In The Central Stores Team
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll keep the stockroom well organised, overseeing inventory for items including consumables and chemicals, and you’ll handle inbound deliveries, notify the intended recipients and help with distribution as needed. You’ll also manage the ongoing operational requirements for the designated facility, ensuring stock containment and safe storage, while maintaining accurate records to support compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
This is a full-time, permanent role based on the Grafton Campus, with scheduled hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Remote working is not available for this position.

Pay And Practical Details
The salary range for this position is between $56,550 - $62,900 depending on skills and experience.
