We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Dulux Stores network. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or just love helping others, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care
• Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference
• Mixing and tinting paint (we’ll teach you—it’s easier than it sounds!)
• Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best

This is a Full-time role based at our Dulux Trade Store in our South Melbourne, VIC store.

What We’re Looking for:

• You love working with people and making them feel welcome
• Experience within Paints & Coatings is highly advantageous and desirable, however Trade and/or Construction retail experience will be highly regarded
• You’re a great communicator and a natural problem-solver
• You’re physically fit (you’ll be lifting paint tins up to 25kg)
• You’re eager to learn and grow—we’ll support you every step of the way
