Aircall is a unicorn in the AI-powered customer communications space, used by more than 22,000 companies worldwide to help revenue grow, resolve issues faster, and scale teams that interact with customers. The platform brings together voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI in one workspace, making customer conversations more efficient. The company has built a product customers love and is expanding quickly, backed by top investors and ongoing AI innovations across several product lines. In Paris, Aircall’s DACH Partnerships team is looking for a motivated professional to help drive regional growth and strengthen one of the company’s largest partner ecosystems.
As a Partner Account Manager for the DACH region, you’ll focus on expanding the pipeline and revenue generated through channel partners and agencies, including System Integrators, Solution Partners, and Digital Consulting firms. Your leadership and market knowledge will shape the go-to-market approach, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound teams to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Partnering to grow the DACH ecosystem

Day to day, you’ll identify and bring on board new Channel Partners who fit Aircall’s strategic goals and target markets, while designing onboarding programs that get partners productive quickly and keep them engaged. You’ll educate partners on Aircall’s products, value proposition, and sales processes, and you’ll be the main point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Regular business reviews with partners will help surface performance gaps and shape joint action plans.

Your remit includes crafting joint business plans with partners to hit agreed revenue targets, continuously enabling partners with product updates, competitive insights, and sales collateral. You’ll work with internal Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and opportunities for co-selling, and you’ll track partner performance metrics, pipeline, wins, and revenue attribution, and report on them to stakeholders. You’ll forecast partner sales and contribute to the company’s revenue projections, while staying informed about industry trends, competitive moves, and best practices in channel management. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams will be essential to support partner needs and refine the program over time.

Tips to stand out in the application

Lead your resume with your German language proficiency and your track record in partnership development within data-driven settings; these are the first signals Aircall will be looking for.

When you describe your qualifications, recount a real partner recruitment or onboarding initiative you led, including the numbers that show how pipeline or revenue improved as a result.

Prepare to talk through a concrete go-to-market plan with a partner, including how you’d enable the partner’s sales motions and how you’d measure success with clear KPIs.

Consider a thoughtful question to ask during interviews about how the company supports partners in onboarding and how partner performance is tracked and reported across the DACH region. For example, ask about the process for developing joint business plans and the metrics used to assess progress.
