The Opportunity Join Culture Amp as a high-impact Senior Associate within our Strategy & Business Operations (SBO) team. This isn't just an execution role; it’s a seat at the table for a strategic operator ready to take on ambitious challenges. You will partner directly with senior VPs and the Executive team, working cross-functionally and influencing direction to bridge the gap between long-term strategy and daily execution. You will work closely with the rest of our Bizops team, and partner with Analytics, Finance and the wider Operations team, reporting into the SVP, Finance and Business Operations
