Strategy & Operations Intern — Office of the General Manager, Small Business
AircallAircall is a fast-growing, AI-powered customer communications platform used by more than 22,000 companies worldwide to help revenue teams close deals faster, resolve issues quicker, and scale support. The platform brings voice, SMS, WhatsApp and AI into one unified workspace, redefining how teams communicate with customers. The company operates from its Paris headquarters, with a strong North American presence and teams across Europe and beyond.
Aircall is looking for a Strategy & Operations intern to work directly with the General Manager for Small Business, serving as a trusted partner to advance strategic initiatives and improve day-to-day execution. This is an onsite role based in Paris, starting in November 2026 for six months. It’s a unique chance to get an inside view of how a successful tech business runs, with real ownership and visible impact.
If you’re eager to own meaningful work, contribute to high-stakes decisions, and collaborate across functions in a fast-moving environment, you’ll likely feel at home here. The team values customer focus, data-driven choices, ownership, and thoughtful speed, and you’ll be stepping into a role that blends strategy, operations, and hands-on delivery.
Steering the ship alongside the GM
In this role you’ll co-create quarterly and annual priorities and OKRs, helping keep the business focused on what matters most. You’ll bring market intelligence, competitive context, and financial thinking to guide major bets, and you’ll translate those insights into clear, executive-ready memos and recommendations. Expect to track key performance indicators, surface insights from dashboards, and contribute to forecasting and workforce planning to support the weekly reviews that steer the unit.
You’ll own or co-own cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality results. You’ll prepare materials for leadership discussions and follow up on action items, acting as a practical problem-solver on a range of business topics that touch customers, teams, and the bottom line.
What we’re looking for
- Enrolled in a master’s program in business, engineering, economics, data analytics or a closely related field at a top-tier university or business school
- Solid analytical abilities and comfort with Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools would be a bonus
- Clear, persuasive written and spoken communication; the ability to distill complex ideas into concise insights or narrative slides
- Demonstrated ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced or ambiguous setting
- Strong project-management instincts: well-organized, reliable, and able to push tasks to completion
- Prior internship experience in strategy consulting, finance, strategic roles, or high-growth startups is helpful but not mandatory for outstanding candidates
- Experience with forecasting, market sizing, or running cross-functional programs would be an advantage

Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with the fact you’re pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field and highlight any work or projects where you drove strategy, analytics, or cross-functional collaboration.
Show the must-have skills through concrete evidence: a project that used Google Sheets for analysis and a note about any SQL or BI work you’ve done, plus a clear example of turning data into a recommendation.
Be ready to talk through a real example of leading a cross-functional initiative from scoping to delivery. Outline how you gathered inputs, defined success metrics, and kept stakeholders aligned so the project hit its targets.
When you ask a question, focus on impact and process, such as which strategic priority currently sits atop the GM’s agenda and how an intern can contribute quickly, or how success is measured for the intern’s initiatives.
