About this Role:
In this role, you will drive enrolments through confident, high‑energy outbound calling. By being the driving force behind converting interest into enrolments, you will be giving prospective learners clear, timely programme information, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships to hit enrolment targets and play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing and recruitment strategies that grow demand and boost learner uptake.
Success in this role will ensure excellence within:
- Contributing to recruitment planning to achieve funding consumption targets
- Processing leads and enquiries within agreed timeframes for an exceptional customer experience
- Providing timely, accurate information to support learners through the enrolment journey
- Guiding learners and families through enrolment and resolving issues as they arise
- Processing applications quickly and seamlessly for an outstanding experience
- Maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders to promote intakes and drive enrolments
- Representing Future Skills professionally at events to build brand awareness and attract learners
- Supporting programme areas to meet consumption targets with strong satisfaction and NPS results

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is an advantage, though strong experience will also be considered
- Experience in customer service, sales, student recruitment or outbound calling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone
- Proven ability to manage enquiries, process applications, and work to targets or timeframes
- Excellent organisational skills with accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to build rapport with diverse learners, families, and stakeholders
Other Requirements:
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural competency.
- A current New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for learner events.
