DP World seeks a hands-on Supervisor to lead staffing, scheduling and operations at client sites in Dubai. The role focuses on planning staff requirements, coordinating leave, ensuring SOP compliance, and serving as the contact for quality and on-site issues. • Plan and organize the staff requirements to ensure operational needs are met and all procedures are carried out in accordance with SOPs. 
• Coordination for scheduling annual leave plan, liaise with the respective team in all related tasks. Identify any potential shortfalls staff and find out solutions for adhoc requirement. 
• Assist the Operation team in manpower planning, scheduling etc. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact when there are issues related to quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps of deployment Locations. This includes any issues on-site at client facilities. Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. 
• Coordinating with the vendor / suppliers and making the necessary arrangements for applying their passes.
• Collect and verify the timesheet and ensure timely submission concerned department.
• Communicate effectively with the team, coordinate with operation team and clients for daily and weekly reports.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Assist in projects by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues. 
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations. 
• Manage the project schedule by identifying work to be done and scheduling the work at the appropriate time.
• Prepare and verify the time and attendance records of the team and monthly inter-departmental reports. 
• Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
• Prepare monthly review of all contracts in staffing business.
