This role places you in the in-store management team as a Rituals Expert, a brand ambassador who mentors Rituals Advisors and delivers the feel good customer experience our customers expect. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager and team to hit personal and store goals while guiding and supporting your colleagues. Key must-haves include prior supervision or team-leading experience in retail or hospitality, a target-driven mindset, excellent customer service, sound decision making and problem solving, and a detail oriented, organised approach.
