The Supply Chain Co‑ordinator role at The a2 Milk Company is a permanent, full‑time, onsite position in Auckland within the Supply Chain & Operations team. It is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role that manages purchase orders, replenishment and logistics to keep products moving from source to market. You will create and track POs in the ERP, monitor status, coordinate domestic and export replenishment to NZ, Australia and China, handle goods receipting and discrepancies, and prepare export documentation while supporting inventory reconciliations and stakeholder updates. Strong processing discipline, comfort with high data volumes and collaboration are essential; ERP experience (Oracle or similar) and Excel skills are required, export knowledge is advantageous. Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager, this role plays a critical part in the day-to-day execution of our supply chain, ensuring product flows smoothly from source to market. You’ll be responsible for purchase order management, replenishment execution, and logistics coordination across domestic and export markets, working closely with internal stakeholders, third-party manufacturers and logistics partners.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone who enjoys processing, accuracy and keeping things moving — while still being connected to the bigger supply chain picture.
