Midas Pharma GmbH seeks a Supply Chain Manager for Fertigarzneimittel to independently manage end to end supply chains for finished dosage forms from active ingredients to marketable products, help build resilient networks, and ensure pharmaceutical regulatory and quality compliance while controlling timelines and costs. The role requires close collaboration with Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development and other internal teams, plus travel. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of pharma supply chain experience, proven finished product pipeline management, strong negotiation skills, ERP expertise (ideally Microsoft NAV), and fluent German and English; a collaborative, results driven mindset is essential. - Independent management of the supply chains for our finished dosage forms (FDF) – from active ingredients to marketable finished products
- Contributing to the establishment of resilient supply chains
- Implementation of and compliance with pharmaceutical, regulatory, and quality-related aspects of the projects managed
- Time and deadline management for the supply chains you oversee
- Optimization of established supply chains
- Management of economic aspects
- Close cooperation, communication, and negotiation with international customers, suppliers, and cooperation partners, and associated travel (national and international)
- Coordination and cooperation of and with internal departments involved in the supply chains, such as: Quality Management, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Finished Product Development, Legal Affairs, Finance & Controlling, and IP Management
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in managing pharmaceutical finished product pipelines; knowledge of finished product-related pharmaceutical topics such as quality, regulatory affairs, or product development is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in difficult project situations
- Very good user knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft NAV
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English
