  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes and meet critical deadlines.
  • Managing project risks, identifying mitigation strategies, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party manufacturers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitoring project budgets, costs, and performance against agreed objectives.
  • Providing regular project updates and communicating progress to key stakeholders across the business.

About you:

You are a highly organised and collaborative project professional with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in project management within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or New Product Development environments.
  • Experience working within FMCG, dairy, food manufacturing, or other related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain functions including planning, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
