As our next Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting governance of the Supply Chain/LEO Priority List, managing CFC (Ocado) replenishment and inventory, and delivering reporting that supports better business decisions. Working within our Continuous Improvement team, you'll gain exposure to a broad stakeholder network and can influence business processes across one of Australia's largest supply chains.

Working across Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations, you'll support initiatives that improve reporting, inventory management and operational performance while partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Support the governance and ongoing maintenance of the Supply Chain/LEO Priority List.
• Manage and optimise CFC (Ocado) replenishment and inventory activities.
• Develop and maintain reporting using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to support supply chain initiatives.
• Maintain operational reporting, processes and supporting documentation.
You're an analytical problem solver who enjoys working with data, building relationships and finding better ways of doing things. You'll bring 2-3+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, continuous improvement or operations, ideally within a large retailer, FMCG business or supplier supporting a major retailer.
• Experience using Power BI and reporting tools to deliver meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with reporting and/or ordering systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supply chain, demand planning, replenishment, inventory or continuous improvement.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
