Club Aruma is seeking a full-time Support Worker in Townsville for community based care on day and night shifts. You’ll be more than a caregiver; you’ll be a Fun Coordinator who helps people with disabilities connect through shared interests, lead activities, and explore communities with dignity and respect, in line with Brave Values: Bold, Respectful, Accountable. To shine, show prior experience supporting people with disabilities, a knack for building relationships, and a real commitment to inclusion. Ensure you have First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children checks, plus a valid driver’s licence and insured car.
