The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering, extensive offshore package leadership through DEFINE and EXECUTE phases, and strong subsea systems knowledge with the ability to manage cross‑discipline interfaces across engineering, procurement, fabrication and operations while safeguarding safety, cost and schedule. You will monitor contractor performance, drive risk management, and develop a high performing team, while building relationships with JV partners and stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective project delivery while providing technical leadership, managing critical interfaces and supporting the development of a high-performing project team.
