Talent Acquisition Coordinator (f/m/d)

 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

  • Administration of the entire recruitment process, from job posting to the successful onboarding of new employees
  • Screening and pre-selection of applications while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Organization, coordination, and follow-up of interviews
  • Independent conduct of virtual and in-person interviews for blue-collar positions as well as junior and entry-level roles
  • Ensure a positive and authentic candidate journey that reflects our employer brand and company values throughout all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Representation of the company at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking activities, including candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives
  • Preparation of formal documentation throughout the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the People & Culture team and the Works Council
  • Maintenance, administration, and quality assurance of employee and candidate data within HR and applicant tracking systems
  • Identification of process improvement opportunities and support of change and transformation initiatives

 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Administration
  • Experience coordinating recruitment processes and, ideally, conducting interviews
  • Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style with strong attention to detail
  • Self-reliant approach to work and enjoyment of collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
