Al Marwan Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – White & Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, administrative, technical, and site-based roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and candidate profiles
Manage full-cycle recruitment for white- and blue-collar positions, including C-level roles
Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across job portals and social media
Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection processes
Maintain positive candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding coordination
Track recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably within construction or heavy equipment sectors
Proven experience hiring across white- and blue-collar roles, including senior leadership
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
