Job Summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – White & Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, administrative, technical, and site-based roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and candidate profiles

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for white- and blue-collar positions, including C-level roles

  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across job portals and social media

  • Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection processes

  • Maintain positive candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding coordination

  • Track recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably within construction or heavy equipment sectors

  • Proven experience hiring across white- and blue-collar roles, including senior leadership

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
