WM New Zealand is seeking a Talent and Early Careers Coordinator to join onsite in Auckland. The role supports recruitment and early career programmes from screening and sourcing to backing the Māori Cadet and Graduate programmes, scholarships, school visits and career events. You will be the glue across pathways, handling CV screening, ATS (SmartRecruiters), onboarding, inbox management and relationships with partners. Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years as a Talent Coordinator, time management, communication and organizational skills, and a proactive improvement mindset.
