Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Talent and Learning Specialist for a 9-month contract onsite role in Abbotsford. You will coordinate talent processes, analyze data to inform workforce and leadership planning, and deliver end-to-end learning programs with HR business partners. The role supports performance management, succession planning, IDPs and PIPs, and manages budgets and data accuracy while guiding employees on programs and tools. Ideal candidates have 4 to 6 years in Talent, Learning, OD or HR, strong coordination and stakeholder management, and experience with HRIS/LMS such as Workday Percipio Altora or similar, plus MS Office proficiency. We’re looking for a proactive Talent & Learning Specialist to support the delivery of our talent, performance and capability programs. In this role, you’ll coordinate key talent processes, analyse data to provide insights, and manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs that build capability across the organisation.
You’ll play a key role in shaping talent and capability outcomes across the organisation, working with supportive HR teams and leaders to build meaningful development experiences for our people.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract
