American Iron & Metal is seeking a motivated Team Lead to steer the Montréal-Est railway operations, Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. You will lead daily field activities, coach a front-line team, enforce safety policies, coordinate equipment and PPE, support the Foreman with admin and operational follow-ups, and partner with the shuttle train operator to position railcars safely. The ideal candidate has at least two years of team management and three years in an industrial setting with heavy equipment, a strong safety mindset, and fluent French.
