Foodstuffs is hiring a Team Leader for the Landing Drive Distribution Centre in Mangere, full-time onsite, Tuesday to Saturday, 6.00am–2.30pm. You will lead a multi-shift team to ensure accurate receipt, selection, handling and dispatch of goods, allocate MHE, organise rosters and monitor safety and performance to meet service targets. You’ll coach staff, model Foodstuffs values, drive continuous improvement and manage leave and temp labour while upholding health and safety standards. As a Team Leader within our Supply Chain division, you will play a key role in delivering a world‑class service to Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI). Our Supply Chain team is highly committed to excellence and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure outstanding delivery performance.
In this role, you will lead and support a team of skilled employees and contractors across multiple shifts, ensuring smooth operations on site. You’ll bring strong industry knowledge and a hands‑on understanding of operational responsibilities, providing effective leadership, coordination, and accountability across all shifts to achieve service and performance goals.
