This is a great leadership opportunity within a large, busy community recreation facility.
As Team Leader Recreation, you will take full ownership of the Recreation function at Stanmore Bay Pool and Leisure Centre. You will lead people first, grow the business, and drive the strategic development of recreation services across two large stadiums and multiple bookable spaces.
This role goes well beyond programme delivery. You will be a key member, contributing to centre-wide planning, performance, and decision-making. You will work closely with a visionary and supportive Centre Manager and alongside a dynamic leadership team to lift outcomes for customers, staff, and the wider community.
