No prior operations experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, and there are opportunities for overtime and a performance bonus. These roles are full-time and permanent, offering a competitive weekly rate along with eligibility for overtime and an annual performance bonus. Your starting weekly rate will range from $1,142.28 to $1,272.24, and will increase as you learn and develop in the role in line with our structured level system. Day shift is paid at the standard rate, while afternoon and night shifts attract a shift loading allowance. Public holidays are paid.
What Will You Do?
In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.

Some positions may involve lifting and manual handling, as well as exposure to noise and the work environment can vary with the seasons - warmer in summer, cooler in winter. We ensure that all our employees are supported with the necessary training, guidance, and equipment to complete all tasks safely.
