Wesfarmers is seeking a Team Support Officer on a 12-month full-time contract based in Perth CBD, reporting to the Claims Administration Lead, to provide timely data entry and claims administration support for Group TeamCover while ensuring self-insurance compliance. The role covers data processing, payments, claims registration, document management and general administration, with opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to a Great Work, Great Place to Work culture in a flexible environment that offers work from home options. The ideal candidate will have proven data entry and admin experience in fast-paced settings, strong attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, and ideally SIMS or claims exposure, plus collaborative, learning-minded and interpersonal skills.
