RTB House is seeking a Technical Account Management Team Leader in a Dubai hybrid setup, responsible for guiding a technical support team that serves business units, launching and optimizing Real-Time Bidding campaigns, collaborating with the local TAM lead and cross‑functional tech teams, and developing tools to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in a Team Lead role and around 5 years in technical digital marketing, with hands-on experience in online campaign management, Firebug/Chrome DevTools debugging, HTML/JavaScript, Google Analytics, and fluent English. You Will:

• Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for the technical support of the company's business teams;
• Launching and optimising advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology;
• Collaborate with local head of technical account management team and other technical teams and departments of the company;
• Develop tools and procedures in order to improve the work of both own and other technical teams.

Desired Experience: 

• At least 2+ years of previous experience as a Team Lead or in a similar role;
• About 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (preferably within retargeting) in technical capacity roles;
• Good knowledge of online campaign management;
• Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts;
• Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript, Google Analytics;
• Fluency in English language.
