Your role
- Define and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements to enable delivery of effective technology and process solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
- Enable successful delivery of change initiatives by supporting end-to-end analysis, from current state assessment through to solution implementation and benefit realisation.
- Strengthen alignment between business and technology teams by facilitating collaboration, clarifying scope, and ensuring shared understanding of outcomes and priorities.
- Ensure quality and traceability of requirements and solutions across the delivery lifecycle, supporting testing, implementation, and adoption.
- Identify and manage risks, impacts, and dependencies to support informed decision-making and minimise delivery disruption.
- Support testing activities over and above defect triage
Your profile
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess complex business and technical issues and identify practical solutions
- Strong communication and translation capability, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including running workshops and aligning cross‑functional teams on scope and outcomes
- Requirements management and documentation discipline, ensuring clarity, traceability, and quality across the delivery lifecycle
- Collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively with engineers, architects, and business teams to deliver outcomes
- Influencing and negotiation skills to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery trade‑offs
- Ability to plan, organise and manage own time
- Outline the key attributes or behaviours required for the role, aligned to our purpose, values and strategic pillars

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
