SkyGeo is looking for a Technical Content & Proposals Lead in Delft, a full-time onsite role at the crossroads of technical writing, marketing support and business development. You will translate InSAR, geotechnical and ground-motion concepts into credible narratives, lead RFPs and proposals, and own SkyGeo’s content library while guarding brand voice across regions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of technical writing in engineering or geoscience, strong proposal experience, excellent project management, and superb English. To apply, curate a focused portfolio of technical articles and case studies, demonstrate collaboration with cross-functional teams, and show how you tailor content for audiences in mining, infrastructure or energy.
We are SkyGeo, a company that provides our clients with essential geotechnical insights. Every day, we help them understand, at a very early stage, how ground movement will impact their valuable assets. We have built an excellent and divers team to treat InSAR increasingly as a professional service. To continue enhancing our ability to provide these insights at scale, we require the best people to work with us. We are seeking colleagues who want to help build the business and grow professionally by discovering a wide range of applications
As Technical Content & Proposals Specialist, you will play a critical role in how SkyGeo communicates its expertise — both to the market and to prospective clients. This is a writing-led role, focused on producing clear, credible and compelling technical content, and on supporting business development through the preparation of high-quality RFP and tender responses.
You will work closely with subject-matter experts across engineering, geoscience, consulting, sales and marketing to turn complex ground-motion and InSAR concepts into authoritative written materials. Your work will help position SkyGeo as a trusted partner for risk-driven decision-making, while directly supporting the acquisition of new work.
This is not a pure marketing role, nor a pure sales role — it sits at the intersection of technical communication, marketing support and business development enablement, with writing quality as the core skill.

● Help tailor content for different industries (e.g. mining, infrastructure, energy) and regions, ensuring relevance to target audiences.
● Support marketing with written collateral for campaigns, events, thought leadership and demand generation.
● Occasionally assist with light website updates, content scheduling or coordination with external partners (where needed).
● Contribute to the development of internal documentation, training materials and sales enablement content.
● Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, consulting and engineering teams to align messaging and positioning.
● 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing and content organization, ideally in an engineering, geoscience or technical consulting environment.
