Nteractive is hiring a Technical Production Coordinator to join the Technical Production team in a hybrid Surrey role with international travel. Working with a Production Manager or Technical Director, you will provide administrative, coordination and on-site support for events and exhibitions, help manage schedules, crews and suppliers, and assist with budgets while shadowing senior colleagues. You’ll gain exposure to site visits, safety standards and international transport of equipment. Core strengths are collaboration, organization and problem solving, plus Office 365, Excel and CAD familiarity, and willingness to travel. The Technical Production Coordinator plays a vital supporting role within our Technical Production team, working alongside a Production Manager or Technical Director to help deliver seamless, high-quality technical production across events and exhibitions. This is a hands-on role that blends coordination, administration and on-site support, offering the opportunity to shadow senior team members and build strong foundations in technical event production.
Your contribution will be critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, smoothly and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.
Technical & Project Support
Providing administrative and coordination support across all technical production elements of events and exhibitions
Assisting with the organisation and oversight of technical delivery on site, including fit-up, show operation and get-out
Supporting the scheduling, logistics and coordination of crew and third-party suppliers
Assisting with the development and management of technical budgets
Production Delivery & Learning
Supporting site visits and gaining hands-on exposure to live event environments
Shadowing senior team members to develop knowledge across technical production, construction, infrastructure and environments
Assisting with equipment procurement, supplier engagement and crew resourcing
Supporting client proposals, pitches and supplier RFP processes
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Assisting with supplier and crew reviews to ensure consistently high standards
Learning supplier negotiation techniques to support cost-effective delivery
Undertaking training in health & safety, fire regulations and quality standards
Gaining exposure to customs regulations for international transportation of equipment
Collaborating with senior team members to improve processes and delivery frameworks
