We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional planning and execution for our Ground Software programs. In this role, you will work closely with engineering leaders across software, hardware, science, and product to coordinate efforts from early concept through delivery to (literal!) launch. You will develop schedules and milestones, uncover gaps, flag risks, support resource planning, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
As a TPM, you’ll help teams stay aligned, unblock issues quickly, and deliver critical software capabilities that power Muon’s mission. You will provide the structure and process discipline required to scale our development efforts, while enabling teams to make fast, high-quality decisions in a complex, interdisciplinary environment.
The salary range for this role is $164,000 - $180,000 plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
