1、Strategic thinking in improvement of Anker's fulfillment and service area, and performing as a lead on more complex field engineering assignments;
2、Perform a variety of engineering assignments involving technical applications in the installation, operation, testing and maintenance of Anker's solar and storage products.
3、Work independently in the field and with R&D Engineers to resolve high-level technical issues, leading the investigation of root cause of for technology applications for complex projects;
4、Lead electrical and electronic troubleshooting and testing of solar and storage products and its components in the field or in the laboratory;
5、Provide feedback to the pre-sales team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements
6、Interact with customers to explain the technical scope of the products and solutions;
7、Initiate or implement the Field Service procedures for safety troubleshooting, and maintenance;
8、Create training material, and provide high-level technical training to Field Service Engineers.
QualificationsRequirements:
1、Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in field engineering, technical support, or a related role, preferably in the solar and storage industry.
3、Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, with hands-on experience using oscilloscopes.
4、Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
5、Experience working with R&D teams and providing feedback for product improvements.
6、Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and non-technical stakeholders.· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
7、Ability to create and deliver technical training materials.
8、Willingness to travel frequently to various field locations.
9、Certification in relevant safety and technical standards is a plus.
10、 Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
