We are looking for an L1 Support Specialist to strengthen our IT Support team.
Working hours: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Work format: office-based.
Key responsibilities:
Processing requests in ServiceDesk: prioritization, classification, and escalation of requests to L2 in accordance with SLA requirements.
User onboarding: preparing equipment for new employees, installing operating systems and software, configuring workstations.
Hardware and software support: installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Workstation maintenance: system updates, component replacement, and technical maintenance.
PC diagnostics and repair: troubleshooting, repair, and coordination of service maintenance.
Peripheral equipment support: support for printers, scanners, conference systems, and other equipment.
Asset management: maintaining records of issued and received equipment and ensuring data accuracy.
Candidate requirements:
Strong knowledge of PC hardware and computer systems principles.
Confident administration-level proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS.
Experience working with ServiceDesk systems.
Basic knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, routing, network equipment configuration).
Experience configuring and supporting peripheral equipment.
English proficiency at A2 level or higher.
Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Discipline and ability to work effectively in a team.
