Orica is hiring a Technician - HcD to provide field support for the Hypercharge Drive service in the Macraes region, NZ. The role covers site visits for training, audits and maintenance, plus on call and onsite breakdown support, while building strong relationships with customer contacts. About the role

The Technician - HcD provides field support for the Hypercharge Drive service in Region by ensuring periodic site visits for training, audits, reviews and maintenance support at the agreed service level, in addition to providing phone and onsite support to the customers due to emergency call-outs/breakdowns

What you will be doing

Key Accountabilities Complies to maintenance management plans for all assets Assists in Implementation of Hypercharge„¢ Drive within the region Provides first point of contact for Hypercharge breakdown support Develops strong/close relationships with key customer personnel Provides prompt follow up of customer queries/complaints and maintenance requests

What you will bring

With tertiary or technical qualification - up to 2 years experience post qualification.
Without formal qualifications - up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of  work to operators.

Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Your qualifications

Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)

Technical qualification / legistlative / SHES certification
