You will perform planned, unplanned and breakdown maintenance within the Smelter, bringing a recognised mechanical trade, a proactive safety mindset and a track record of hydraulic systems fault finding and continuous improvement. The role requires working across shifts, building strong relationships with operations, mentoring safety, and driving maintenance optimization. About the Role
An opportunity exists for a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Technician to work within our Olympic Dam asset, performing planned, unplanned and breakdown maintenance activities within the Smelter plant of our surface operations.
The position of the Maintenance Execution Smelter will form part of a multi-functional and diverse team supporting the Surface Maintenance department to achieve departmental and BHP Olympic Dam business objectives safely and efficiently.
