Join us as a TTM Planner in Palmerston North.
Join our TTM Technical Services team and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) for projects across Manawatu. You’ll manage the full TMP process from request through to approval, working closely with internal teams, RCAs, subcontractors and clients.
Using your knowledge of NZGTTM and tools such as Rapid TCP, Invarion Rapid Plan and AutoCAD, you’ll help turn project requirements into practical, well-designed TMPs while supporting better risk management and planning across the business.
Lead the end-to-end production of fit-for-purpose TMPs, including design, documentation and approvals
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to manage risk, streamline approvals and apply learnings from site delivery
Provide technical input into TMP design, tenders and planning, while contributing to ongoing improvements in TTM practice

We’re looking for someone with:
Current Class 1 driver’s licence
Proven experience in traffic management design including experience in Rapid TCP and/or Invarion Rapid Plan
Experience in the civil and/or construction industry
Experience preparing quality control documentation to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills
High level of autonomy, independence and self‑drive
