You’ll be working closely with our Tendering Team and National Key Account Managers to analyse tender requests, build competitive pricing, and support profitable long‑term contracts.

Job Description

  • Analyse tender requests (RFQ/RFT) and prepare accurate pricing offers.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to interpret large datasets and present clear insights.
  • Source supplier quotations and align them with internal data.
  • Maintain contract records, pricing updates, SKUs and variations.
  • Identify data discrepancies, commercial risks and margin opportunities.
  • Support NKAMs with contract maintenance and value‑add opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, data cleansing, analysis).
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of electrical products or wholesale industry (highly regarded).
  • Supplier relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret BOMs, specifications and product requirements.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and time‑management.
