Job Summary

Al Marwan Machinery is seeking a diligent Time Keeper to manage workforce attendance and data entry for projects. This role is vital for ensuring accurate time recording within the construction and PMD divisions, requiring a focused individual capable of handling project-specific documentation and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Time Keeper include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform comprehensive time and attendance recording for the workforce on-site.

  • Execute accurate data entry tasks related to project timelines and employee hours.

  • Ensure all workforce records for the project are complete and up to date.

  • Utilize ERP systems for the input and management of workforce data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum HSS certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Time Keeper.

  • Prior experience specifically within the construction industry.

  • Must have good knowledge of ERP data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording attendance
